Skulle jeg komme med mit eget bud, så handler det om:
- Kort indlæring. Det tager ikke mange træningssesioner at blive efficient i øvelsen.
- Nemt at producere kraft. Jeg presser alt hvad jeg overhovedet kan ned i gulvet.
- Asymmetrisk belastning. Gavnligt i forhold til min sport.
