Thinking of removing Farmers Walk, as I feel that conditioning serves me more benefits, and doing both the loaded carries and condition proves to be too much for me. Especially with this kind of programming.

- Solid deadlift session today! All of my singles felt super fast, and the only grind was the lockout at 260, but I simply dropped it, and will be doing it at the meet instead. I'm excited how everything is progressing at the moment! Rhodes 5x531 has really been great for me, and this will be something I'll come back and be doing again in the future.
