Dejligt med en logbog til at kunne skrive nogle af alle sine tanker og ideer ned. Planen for december gik ikke helt som forventet. Da Albuen drillede en del, så blev træning af overkroppen, men uden held desværre. Første træning idag og albuen gør stadig ondt. Men mon ikke der stadig kan trænes, med lidt ændringer og twists så lykkes det helt sikkert.
Kosten har heller ikke været optimal, og ønsket om at ramme 95 kg er ikke opfyldt.
Synes nu at spejlbilledet stadig ser fornuftigt ud så nu skal jeg ind i en rytme igen.
Planen er ordenlig kost og hårdt træning i det nye år.

Morgenmåltidet starter med 0.5 l vand og et kapsel BCAA.

Havregryn
Mælk
Muligvis æg
+ Fiskeolie

En Mutantmass shake + 1 stykkefrugt og nødder

Madpakke
0.5 liter vand

2 kapsler BCAA før træning + banan
+ 2 liter vand

Post-shake + havregryn + banan

Aftensmad + fiskeolie
0.5 liter vand

Mad før sengetid + Mutantmass shake

Sengetiden skal også være rimelig fast i det nye år. Regner med at ligge mig så jeg får 8 timers søvn.

Udover dette bliver der ikke spist noget slik eller drukket alkohol. Er dette ikke nok til at øge min vægt, tilføjes der ekstra carbs morgen og efter træning, toastbrød med peanutbutter. Shakes vil bestå af Sødmælk og mælk til morgenmad vil være minimælk. Planen for weekenden er at få morgenmad, gainer shake, middagsmad og aftensmad, derudover ville det være rart med en masse grønt, da jeg kan mærke at dette er blevet forsømt en del siden træningen er begyndt at fylde meget.

Ben & Skulder
Repeat

Fokuspunkt er at gøre masse men opretholde symmetri, eller forsøg på at være symmetrisk.
