The bottom line is that you should in NO WAY emulate anything you see these jackasses doing. These men are drug ADDICTS with questionable social skills who dress like idiots and cannot lead a normal life that does not entail 20 hours of time in a gym per week and eating every 3 hours with spurts of oral and injectable anabolic chemicals surging through their blood. These men are not healthy. They are taking years off their lives with each training session and with each syringe and pill. They look like idiots. If I owned a gym and these guys trained there, I´d ask them to leave my gym and not come back because their poor form is a danger not only to themselves but to others and they are taking years off the life of the equipment they are using. Plus, others see them and do what they do furthering this poor behavior. I wish they´d all go live on an island by themselves with all the fat guys who are judges or promoters who, despite their jobs being to further the sport of bodybuilding, look like they haven´t ever been in a gym let alone lifted a weight.
