Så fik jeg overbevist mig selv om at starte en log her på siden. Er startet med at brug Stronglifts 5x5 app, men hvis min telefon crasher mister jeg alle logs, så den vil til at starte med blive brugt til at dokumentere min færden inde for de forskellige løft.
