Im Back! Nå men påbegyndte 12 uger i dag.
Har nogle ret beskedne mål, jeg gerne vil have indfriet, når de 12 uger er overstået.
Disse mål er:

Ordinær Bænkpres 80 kg af 8 reps

Dødløft 90 kg af 8 reps

Squat minimum 75 kg af 8 reps (gerne mere - fokus vil ligge på squat, da jeg meget gerne vil stige i den øvelse)
Skal lige siges, at jeg allerede lider en smule, ved den vægt jeg sluttede på sidst (62,5 kg x 8) og det er sgu for Bitchy, så nu må jeg hellere grow a pair.
