Uge 10: Onsdag d. 5/6: 75,6 kg (-6,6 kg) - Vejede 76,6 dagen inden - dafuq. Bliver nok udlignet ved næste uges vejning.
Uge 11: Onsdag d. 12/6: 75,5 kg (-6,7 kg) - Logisk nok. Dvs ét kilo smidt de sidste 14 dage - lige efter bogen :D
Uge 12: Onsdag d. 19/6: 76,4 kg (-5,8 kg) - Tja, egentlig ikke nogen overraskelse efter 3 dages druk i weekenden. Mon ikke vægten er nede igen om en uges tid.
Uge 13: Onsdag d. 26/6: 75,2 kg (-7 kg) - Så går det ned ad igen. Har endda skruet mit kcalindtag op til 2400. Tror jeg fik for lidt at spise før.
Uge 14: Onsdag d. 3/7: 74,4 kg (-7,8 kg)
