Min første træning i fastet tilstand. Havde kun indtaget en 30 g shake og en kop kaffe. Og jeg skal da love for, at man kan mærke koffeinen når man ikke har fået noget mad indenbords :mrgreen: Det gik over al forventning! Ingen tvivl om, at det har givet på massefronten. Synes selv, at ben og bryst responderer rigtig godt for tiden. Styrken er en smule bagefter, mest på grund af, at min cyklus er mest BB-fokuseret og knap så meget styrke. Men det går fremad alt i alt. :) Desuden er det lækkert at træne i forskellige rep ranges fra gang til gang mht. variation!

Jeg er forresten begyndt på IF - jeg faster mellem 21/22 og 13/14. Det er sgu dejligt, og jeg føler allerede, jeg har vænnet mig til det. Jeg føler en lille smule sult midt på formiddagen, men absolut ingen nedgang i energi/koncentration - tværtimod! Jeg føler faktisk, at jeg har nemmere ved at fokusere i skolen efter jeg er begyndt at skippe morgenmaden. Blodsukkerstigning kl. 7 om morgenen undgået = stabilt blodsukker = bedre koncentration.

... Og så elsker jeg at æde kæmpe måltider om eftermiddagen! :mrgreen:

Hvordan ser en normal dag så ud for dig kostmæssigt? Har nemlig selv overvejet at køre IF, da jeg også elsker at spise store måltider :mrgreen:
