Har holdt lidt pause på bloggen pga. en del rejseaktivitet. Træningen er blevet holdt nogenlunge ved lige over perioden. Startede fuldt program op i forrige uge. 5 uger henne i min 6 ugers progression. Det begynder at blive en smule tungt for mig.

Efter lidt decemberpause i loggen er jeg klar igen. Træningen er blevet holdt ved lige, og øgningen til 4 træninger/ugen, virker stadig fornuftig.

Styrken går fremad, og vægten opad. Planmæssigt.

Ligger i øjeblikket omkring 101 kg, efter at have spist godt i nov/dec.
