Previous Lidt underlig træning i dag, kan ikke helt forklare hvorfor, men det føltes mærkeligt generelt. Sidste dødløft blev den bedste, men bestemt ikke en prangende omgang og jeg havde forventet en smertehelvede pga. huden på mine inderlår er så medtagede fra dragten i mandags, det var dog ikke så slemt efter første sæt. Lidt stræk til sidst.

Formen er på vej op og næste uge venter der en omgang udstyr lidt tungere end i sidste uge og så ellers en uge efter det med forholdsvis helt lette vægte i udstyret og derefter en håndfuld dages deload mod EM. Det nærmer sig jo!

Er jo mega perfektionistisk, var faktisk skeptisk efter løftet dér. Ville gerne have lavet løftet lettere og lidt bedre/anderledes teknisk, men .. ville man ikke altid gerne løfte vægten lidt lettere.
Opvarmningen raw og 1'ern på 210 føltes lette og eksplosive :-)

Jeg er slet ikke i tvivl om at jeg kan lave 700 hvis alt kører og jeg får skrabet sammen.
Men nu må vi se til EM, jeg skal gøre mit allerbedste
EDIT: mit oprindelig mål var 685, så det skal jeg have med og selvfølgelig gerne mere.

Endnu engang tillykke med titlen Lasse, det er fandeme fedt at se dedikationen give pote. Motiverende! Beklager jeg havde dobbeltbooket mig selv så jeg ikke kunne brøle dig op på 700kg i totalen, men Lars må have nået at vise dig mit videoinput når du nu alligevel gik hen og blev Europamester!
