Er er lidt opstart af sæson vægttræning:
Monday 1/3/10 - Session 2
Cleans - 3x6x105kgs
Hang Snatch - 3x6x65kgs
Squat - 6x140, 6x145, 6x150kgs
Circuits - Ab and Upper Body
Good session today, although very hard! Having to work hard to get the cleans up, but I think its just neural - should be back to normal next week. Had a photoshoot with my supplement sponsors, (Slettet af admin), along with my 2 training partners, which was fun.
lidt sprint:
No, my CNS does get battered. Its just the European way!
Tuesday 2/3/10 - 5xdouble flying 30s
Best one was 2.85/2.88, which is pretty good, so a good session all round. Followed by hamstring strength exercises, and core stability in the afternoon. All in all, a good day. WEight was 85.5 kgs this morning, so again this is coming in the right direction. You will note that 2.85/2.88 is better than my goal of 2.90 double flying 30, so thats that one ticked off the list. In fact, all my first flying 30s were sub 2.90, so very promising in terms of my first 60, and my back end flying 30s were at worst 2.96 - so you can see that I do need some work on my back end, which is usual for this time of year.
3/3/10 - Session 4 - Gym Day
Cleans/Bench 5x107.5, 4x115, 3x120, 2x125
Squat - 5x145, 4x155, 3x165, 2x175
Circuits
Another fairly promising session today, I think my lifting is coming along well. 125 on the clean was relatively comfortable, so I could probably push it up to 2x130 next week, and see how that goes. Had an ultrasound scan on my ankle too, which has been a bit sore, but given the all clear, wahey!
Body weight was at 85.2kg this morning, still dropping
