Hey bud, I have been coached by Sebastian Oreb a couple years ago. He puts you on a linear block periodisation with heavy emphasis on competition variants. 5 days per week training, 2 x squatting, 2 x bench / variation, 1 x deadlift
He programs in 4 week blocks following the basic accumulation, intensification, realisation approach.
You will start off light relative to your 1rm. For squat he changes the main movement every block, but you will perform the same squat variant twice a week. After the main squat variant he will have you perform some "down sets" with another squat variant.
With bench you have 1 day with a flat bench variant & one day with an alternate pressing movement e.g. Incline/ overhead press
