I understand how it must feel to have something sacred disgraced.
And I do understand why many Muslims feel the way they do about this mess.

I think it was very wrong of JyllandsPosten to print those drawings, BUT blaiming Denmark, Sweden And Norway, and all the citizens in these countries is WRONG.

It is NOT our fault that the editiors of JyllandsPosten failed to realise how much damage these drawings would cause.

Instead of blaiming the governments and the citizens, one should try to solve this problem with JyllandsPosten.


Having said all of this, I still think that you should try to see it from our point of view. We DO respect your religion and we DO NOT want all of this to increase. But we still have to guard our freedom of speech.

Yes, the JyllandsPost has done something wrong in hurting your feelings, BUT they have allready made clear that that certainly wasn´t the idear.

You simply cannot hold a whole nation, no not only one nation, but THREE NATIONS responsible for the actions of one PRIVATE company.

It´s like holding the whole Muslim Religion responsible for the actions of Bin Laden. -I simply dosn´t make any sense.


I just hope, and pray, that we will get through this whole mess in one piece. [-o<

Let me ask you a question muslim... Did you know that muslims have made drawings of mohamed and after that they said it is danish people that have made them? For me it kind of look like you want to be our enemy.. And that the danish people would burn your holy book (dont know what it is called on english but on danish it is koranen?) outside our town hall? Why the fuck should we do that?

Eftersom trådstarteren har givet udtryk for, at han ikke skriver her længere vil jeg gøre det her på dansk i stedet for engels af hensyn til de øvrige på boarded, der ikke er så stærke i engelsk.

Er det mig, eller er det en enormt barnlig måde at opføre sig på? De to pointer i hans trådstarterens argumentation jeg har understreget synes jeg er en enormt barnlig måde at se tingene på, og indbyder for alvor til, at man overhovedet ikke sætter sig det mindste ind i fremmede landes menneskelige rettigheder og lovgivning.

Hvis man ser på det 1. punkt i jeg har understreget er hans argumentation faktisk: En eller anden slår dig, han nægter at undskylde, og i stedet for at lade det "gå ud" går du hen og banker hans nabo. JyllandsPosten kommer jo ikke til at mærke boycuttet i nær så stor stil som fx Arla og Novo, så hvorfor ikke ordne tingene på en civiliseret måde med de ansvarlige i stedet for at lade det gå ud over uskyldige? Det andet punkt underbygger egentlig min første pointe, og understreger samtidig at trådstarteren faktisk ikke rigtig har forstået og sat sig ind i, hvad sagen drejer sig om; netop at omend hvor forkert det var af JyllandsPosten at offentliggøre de tegninger i en landsdækkende avis, så bliver konsekvenserne af det arabiske/muslimske boycut aldrig rigtig deres problem, fordi de ikke har nogen handelspartnere i Mellemøsten.

Selvfølgelig er det da op til dem selv, hvem de vil handle med og hvorfor, men at boycutte varer fra andre danske firmaer, fordi en avis dummer sig, er et meget underligt resonement i mine øjne.

Det der pisser mig mest af er at det skal gå ud over uskyldige mennesker.
Bare tænk på de medarbejdere der blev overfaldet.

Det er dybt forrykt at opføre sig på den måde her i det 21 århundrede.

Er enig med både Karl og Christensen. Tænk på de mennesker der nu har mistet deres job her i Danmark.

Er 100 % enig med Karl og Christensen.

Men hvis man ser det lidt fra den arabiske verdens synspunkt har mange muslimer dernede svært ved at forestille sig at regeringen ikke kan styre medierne. Det gør de jo dernede.
Men det understreger bare behovet for at forklare hvordan tingene fungerer i Danmark.
