Mike listens intently as Kai extols the virtues of the behind-the-neck pull down, and after a few sets of this encompassing maneuver, we learn that the kettle has only began to boil. The intensity spools up, but the weights stay moderate as the Predator's unique philosophy on training lights up every muscle fiber like a napalm carpet bombing, eventually leading to a clothing swap, a sure sign of success. Unsurprisingly, Kai pulls from a broad inventory of esoteric but efficacious moves including the Haney shrug and the vertical pull over, the latter of which he ensures maximum lat contraction all the while entertaining further insights into visualization and overtraining. Nearing the end, Mike experiences a fault familiar to many experienced lifters - the grip always fails before the spirit. Yet having matched pace with Kai, he leaves contented with his new found knowledge and aptitude.

For mig ligner det at fx Kai ikke har noget program, med dog blot har et mål for hvad han skal ramme under træningen, og så tæsker løs. Passer dette?
