Hvilket link ville være optimalt at følge hvis man er en kvinde, som gerne vil have et full body program og samtidig øge hst? :S

Er der ikke flere af programmerne i det oprindelige indlæg, som efterhånden er faldet en del i unåde? Jeg kan blandt andet huske, at HST var det helt vilde for 5 år siden, men at det efterfølgende er blevet ret kritiseret...
